These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and dan55 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing all access to and use of the dan55 website, mobile application and any related services.

By accessing the platform — whether through the website at dan55.win, the Android app available from the Download page, or any other official channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to every aspect of the service including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play and VIP programme participation.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dan55.

To register and use dan55 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or professional gambling operation.
• You must not have had a previous dan55 account that was suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. dan55 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will not be returned.

dan55 is an entertainment platform intended for adults. We take the 18+ requirement seriously and apply it without exception.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the dan55 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with a single individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, notify dan55 support immediately via the contact details on the platform. Do not share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent dan55 support.

All deposits on dan55 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your dan55 account balance upon successful payment processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. dan55 does not apply platform-side deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

dan55 does not accept deposits made from business accounts, joint accounts where the primary holder is not the registered player, or any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. If a deposit is made through an unverified or third-party method, the deposit amount may be held pending verification.

Deposited funds are intended for gaming activity on the platform. dan55 does not pay interest on account balances. If you wish to withdraw a deposit that has not been used for any gaming activity, the withdrawal will be processed through the standard withdrawal procedure outlined in Section 5.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your nominated payment method. You may withdraw your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Your nominated withdrawal method must match the method used for your most recent deposit, or be a verified method registered to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed through the regular queue. Silver VIP tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Platinum and Diamond tier players receive expedited and instant processing respectively.

dan55 does not apply platform-side processing fees to withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method. Any fees charged by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment provider are outside dan55's control and are not our responsibility.

dan55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard security procedure to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

dan55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket tournaments throughout the year.

All bonuses are subject to individual bonus terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Key conditions that apply to most bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories — for example, applicable only to Slots, or only to Live Casino games. These restrictions are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Single Account Restriction: Bonuses are available to one account per household. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being flagged for review.

dan55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

The dan55 VIP Programme is available to all registered players and operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All new accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier upon registration.

Progression through VIP tiers is based on sustained gaming activity on the platform over time. Specific tier requirements and the benefits associated with each tier are detailed on the VIP page.

VIP tier status and associated benefits are granted at the sole discretion of dan55. The platform reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, modify benefit structures, or revise the programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme through the platform or via their registered contact details.

VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawals, dedicated account managers and access to exclusive game tables — are non-transferable and apply solely to the account holder. VIP status cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another player or account.

A player's VIP tier may be reviewed or adjusted downward if their account activity falls below the required level for that tier over a sustained period. In such cases, the player will retain any tier benefits until the next scheduled review cycle.

All games available on dan55 — including Casino table games, Slot Games, Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on the platform, you agree to the rules of that game.

dan55 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems where applicable, and Live Casino games are conducted by real dealers under live streaming conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or glitch in a game or the platform. Winnings obtained through a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Collusion with other players or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation or fraudulent activity in connection with games or the bonus system.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical failure, dan55's decision on the outcome of the affected game round is final. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from network issues, device failures or disconnections outside of our control.

dan55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The player is under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's inactive account policy.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of the service.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at dan55's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation (for example, at the player's own request), the available real-money balance will be returned to the player through their nominated payment method after verification.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact dan55 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame, and the player's real-money balance will be returned after all outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

All content on the dan55 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and any other materials — is the intellectual property of dan55 or its content licensors and is protected accordingly.

You are permitted to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of dan55.

The dan55 brand name, logo and any associated marks are proprietary to the platform. Unauthorised use of the dan55 brand in any form — including in social media, promotional materials or any other context — is prohibited.

dan55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, dan55 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from network failures, device malfunctions or connectivity issues outside our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This limitation of liability clause does not affect your statutory rights.

dan55 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals in PKR — and in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request corrections, and to request deletion of their data in certain circumstances. These requests can be made through the platform's support channel.

Your continued use of the dan55 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support channel.
